Aunt Joyce'S Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 small sour cream

Preparation

Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar and almond extract.
Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate and bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool 20 minutes.
Beat sour cream, vanilla and 3 tablespoons sugar.
Pour over cake and bake 10 minutes.
Remove and refrigerate.
