Baked Shredded Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded carrots
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Lightly toss together carrots and onion.
Put sugar and salt with mixture until combined.
Spread in 1-quart casserole.
Dot with butter.
Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
