Fresh Peach Or Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    3 heaping tsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 drops yellow food coloring
    1 box peach jello (3 oz.)
    2 c. peaches
Preparation
    Have water boiling.
    Mix sugar, jello and cornstarch together. Pour into boiling water.
    Stir constantly until thick and shiny (about 5 to 7 minutes).
    Remove from heat and add food coloring, butter and peaches.
    Pour into graham cracker crust.
    Refrigerate until set.
    Serve with whipped cream.
