Finnish Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch carrots
    2/3 c. rice
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook and mash carrots; cook rice until soft and mix with carrots.
    Mix egg with milk and add to carrot mixture.
    Season with salt.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Dot with butter and bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for about 1 hour or until brown.
