Mexican Mountain - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 bottle taco sauce
    1 can refried beans
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour into casserole dish and top with cheese. Heat until cheese is melted. Garnish with lettuce, black olives, onions, sour cream and Doritos.
