Mama Van'S Vegetable Meatball Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. water
    1 large can tomatoes (28 oz.)
    3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 lb. frozen mixed veggies
    1 large onion, diced
    1 large carrot, diced
    1/2 tsp. thyme, black pepper and marjoram
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 lb. ground beef, rolled into 1-inch meatballs *
Preparation
    *Mix meat, salt, pepper and garlic powder for taste.
