Impossible Garden Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. zucchini, chopped
1 c. tomatoes
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease 10-inch pie pan.
Sprinkle zucchini, tomatoes, onions and cheese in pie pan.
Place remaining ingredients in blender and beat on high speed for 15 seconds (or 1 minute with hand mixer).
Pour into pie pan.
Bake about 30 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
