"Bark" (Candy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pkg. saltine crackers
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 sticks margarine
    6 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Line flat
    pan
    with
    1-inch
    sides with aluminum foil, then spray with
    Pam.
    Layer bottom of pan with saltine crackers, placing salty side down.
    Place margarine and brown sugar in small saucepan over medium heat, stirring, until melted and well blended.
    Pour over crackers and spread to coat.
    Preheat oven
    to 400\u00b0 and bake for 5 to 10 minutes until well heated. Take
    pan out
    of
    oven
    and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Spread
    with wooden
    spoon while melting until evenly coated. Place in refrigerator and chill until hard.
    Peel off aluminum foil and then break into pieces. Store in covered container.
