Insalata(Italian Tomato Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ripe tomatoes
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    3 Tbsp. fresh chopped basil leaves
    1/4 c. olive oil
    salt
Preparation
    Slice the tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese about 1/4 inch thick (use very sharp knife for tomatoes).
    Alternate slices of each on a platter overlapping each layer.
    Sprinkle with basil, olive oil and salt.
    Serve with warm garlic bread.
