Stove Top Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef (ground for chili)
    2 or 3 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 lb. pkg. egg noodles (wide)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large tub sour cream
    approximately 1/2 c. milk
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and garlic salt; drain and place in microwave-safe bowl.
    In a large pot, cook noodles in olive oil according to directions, then drain.
    Heat beef in microwave, then combine all ingredients, except milk, in pot on the stove top. Keep a low flame under pot until all ingredients are well mixed, then moisten to desired consistency with the milk.
