Cottage Cheese And Dill Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of garlic
    assorted raw vegetables
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender except raw vegetables.
    Blend until smooth.
    Chill, covered, for at least 1 hour before serving with raw vegetables.
    Makes 8 (2 tablespoon) servings; 35 cal. (12% from fat) per serving.
