Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. raw rice
    Chinese noodles for topping
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions.
    Mix with remaining ingredients.
    Put in casserole and bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Bake 30 minutes, uncovered.
    Last 15 minutes, cover with Chinese noodles.
