English Walnut Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and milk.
Beat until smooth. Sift dry ingredients together.
Add slowly to first mixture and beat well.
Add apples and nuts.
Bake for 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
