Cowboy Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    onion or onion flakes
    3 cans Veg-All
    1 can Spanish rice
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 large can tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown together meat and onion.
    Add Veg-All, tomatoes and Ro-Tel tomatoes (I run both tomatoes through blender).
    Add Spanish rice and creamed corn last; cook slowly and stir often. Corn will stick if cooked too fast!
