Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Idaho potatoes, baked
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cut baked potatoes in half and scoop out potatoes from shell. Mash potatoes and remaining ingredients.
Refill shells with mashed potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
