Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground sausage
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mild or sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. paprika
3 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
-
Have sausage and cheese at room temperature.
Combine and mix well.
Add paprika and biscuit mix.
Mix well.
Roll into small balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
May be baked, frozen and reheated.
