"Light" Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

white cake mix
1/2 c. applesauce (instead of oil)
1/2 c. Egg Beaters (instead of eggs)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
8 oz. fat-free cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip lite
1 can blueberry pie filling
Preparation

Prepare cake mix using the two substitutes.
Bake and let cool completely (3 or 4 layers).
Mix sugars and cream cheese together by hand.
Add Cool Whip lite and mix with mixer.
