Zucchini Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, sliced
    1 carrot, sliced
    slices of zucchini, unpeeled
    2 c. raw tomatoes
    5 chicken hot dogs, sliced
    1 tsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place
    carrots, onions and tomatoes in a 2 quart casserole dish.
    Add chicken hot dogs and arrange evenly.
    Sprinkle on salt,
    pepper and chili powder.
    Layer the zucchini, overlapping and
    filling the dish.
    Cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
