Mom'S Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. all-purpose flour, sift, then measure
    1 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. hot drippings from roasting
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, beat eggs slightly with egg beater; beat in 1 cup milk.
    Sift and measure 1 cup all-purpose flour.
    Resift into milk-egg mixture with salt.
    Beat until smooth.
    Measure 1/2 cup hot drippings form roasting 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Pour pudding batter into pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cut into squares and serve with roast beef and gravy.
