Island Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. minced bell pepper
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt (Lawry's)
2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Blend cream cheese, pineapple, bell pepper, onion, salt and 1 cup of the pecans.
Chill.
Shape into 2 balls and roll in remaining pecans.
Serve with assorted crackers.
