Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add onions and saute until golden.
Add corn, milk, crumbs, eggs and a little salt and pepper.
Pour into a greased casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
