Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 medium onions
    chopped nuts or paprika
Preparation
    Grate onions, fine or
    drop in food processor or blender.
    At room
    temperature,
    combine
    1st three ingredients and form one large ball or two smaller ones.
    Roll in chopped nuts or paprika to cover.
