Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. pumpkin pie filling
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. chopped pecans
6 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat the first 4 ingredients together for 5 minutes.
Sift together dry ingredients and stir into pumpkin mixture.
Pour into jelly roll pan, that has been lined with waxed paper and lightly greased.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Immediately flip onto a damp dish towel; roll up and cool.
Unroll and spread with the filling.
