Hamburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
    1 c. diced potatoes
    Bisquick mix
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain off fat; add beef broth, gravy mix and vegetables.
    Stir; simmer about 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Place mixture in casserole; top with Bisquick biscuits and bake at 450\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
