Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Trim fat from roast.
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
    Pour sauce over roast and cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours. Remove meat.
    Shred with a fork and return to sauce.
    Mix and heat through.
    Serve on buns.
