Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. butter, divided
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. milk
    2 c. cornflakes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    No need to thaw potatoes completely, just enough to get them apart, especially if you're not going to cook immediately.
    Mix together potatoes, 1/4 cup butter, salt, pepper, sour cream, onion, milk, cheese, and cream of celery soup. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with crushed cornflakes, mixed with 1/4 cup butter.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
    This is good to make ahead, freezes well.
