Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. mace
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1b. canned pumpkin
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Sieve together all dry ingredients; add eggs.
Mix in remaining ingredients until smooth.
Let stand 1 hour.
Pour into crust.
Bake 10 minutes at 375\u00b0; cut down heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 40 minutes more.
