Cheddar Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag frozen hash browns, slightly thawed
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
16 oz. carton sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. diced onions
1/2 diced green pepper
1 stick margarine or butter, cut in pieces
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation

Crush corn flakes and combine with 1/2 stick melted margarine; set aside. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan or two 8 x 8-inch pans.
Spread in potato mixture. Sprinkle corn flake mixture over potatoes.
Shake on paprika for color, if desired.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour.
