Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/3 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs
Preparation

Combine flour, soda, cinnamon and salt and set aside.
In large bowl, beat oil, sugar and eggs.
Add flour mixture and beat until smooth.
Blend in pineapple with liquid, carrots, coconut and nuts.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch greased pan.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
