Black-Eyed Pea Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can black-eyed peas
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 medium onion, grated
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Drain the black-eyed peas and mash with potato masher. Combine all other ingredients; stir well and drop by full teaspoons in hot oil in skillet.
Brown well.
