Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water or potato water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in a little water.
    Add rest of water to sugar and
    shortening.
    Add salt and add enough flour until it feels velvety.
    Put
    in
    oiled bowl.
    Let rise until double in bulk. Punch down.
    Let set 10 or 15 minutes and work again.
