Yellow Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced yellow squash (unpeeled)
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 lb. cheese
    1 carrot, finely grated
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. chopped pepper (red or green)
    1 pkg. herb stuffing
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 stick oleo
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in salted water until tender; drain.
    Add to the sour cream, beaten eggs, carrot, oleo, pepper and soup; mix well.
    Put in a 10-inch dish.
    Put half stuffing.
    Cut cheese in small pieces; put on top.
    Dot with oleo.
    Put on remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
