Duck Breast Broiled - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 duck breasts, boned and skinned
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 lb. bacon
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. lemon juice
salt and pepper
Preparation

Sprinkle seasoning on duck.
Mix rest of ingredients, except bacon.
Marinate duck for 8 hours.
Drain and wrap duck in 3 slices bacon each piece.
Broil about 7 minutes each side.
