Buttermilk Gelatin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can pineapple
    6 oz. pkg. apricot Jell-O (orange or flavor of choice)
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Boil pineapple and Jell-O.
    Let cool until semi-congealed. Add Cool Whip and buttermilk.
    Chill and serve.
