Ho-Ho Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    In bowl, add flour, salt, cocoa, sugar and baking soda; blend together.
    In separate bowl, mix cold water, oil, vanilla and vinegar.
    Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients.
    Mix together by hand.
    Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool.
