Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of chicken soup, as is
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    5 chicken breast halves
    8-serving can Stove Top
Preparation
    Bake or boil chicken and debone, then cut into small pieces. Cook stuffing according to directions on package.
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put stuffing on top and bake for one hour at 350\u00b0.
