Ground Beef And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
pepper
1 head cabbage
2 c. American cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. buttered bread crumbs, toasted
Preparation

Brown onion in butter.
Add ground beef and brown.
Cut cabbage into 1-inch squares and add to beef mixture.
Cover and cook slowly until cabbage becomes translucent, about 10 minutes. Add sour cream and cheese.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into buttered casserole.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Good reheated for second day.
