Rotini Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans artichoke hearts
1 medium onion
1 small can black olives
1 box rotini noodles
1 bottle Italian with cheese dressing
Preparation

Cook rotini noodles, drain and cool.
Cut up artichoke hearts into 1/2-inch cubes and slices.
Chop onion.
Slice olives.
Mix noodles, artichoke hearts, onions and olives and toss to mix well. Pour in the bottle of Italian with cheese dressing.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in refrigerator before serving.
