Crabmeat Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 to 7 oz. pkg. frozen crabmeat, defrosted
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. mayo
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Marinate crabmeat in lemon juice.
    Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
    Mix: heavy cream, mayo, cream cheese, onion, garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
    Drain crabmeat and add to mix.
    Spread on cocktail rye breads and broil a few minutes.
    Serve.
