Cabbage Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. finely chopped cabbage
1 c. finely chopped carrots
1 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 dash cayenne pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; store in a covered container for several hours in the refrigerator.
Serve in small bowls, since it is too juicy for plates.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
