Hot Picante Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped and seeded
1 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
dash of cumin
Preparation

Place onion and garlic in food processor.
Blend.
Add peppers and tomatoes.
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir frequently.
