Mayonnaise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. raisins
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. soda

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Add nuts and raisins.
Cream sugar with mayonnaise until smooth.
Add soda to boiling water and mix with dry ingredients and mayonnaise.
Bake in 2 (9-inch) cake pans, greased and floured, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Frost with icing of your choice (sour cream icing is good).
