Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced thin
    6 slices bacon, fried crisp
    3/4 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    3/4 c. water
    1 1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Fry bacon and drain on a paper towel.
    Reserve drippings which onions are sauteed in.
    Blend in flour, salt, sugar and celery salt.
    Cook until it bubbles.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in water and vinegar; boil for 1 minute.
    Stir in potatoes and bacon pieces.
    Remove from heat and let stand until ready to serve.
