Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. Velveeta cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes.
    Melt the cheese with the butter in medium saucepan. Add the onion. Mash the potatoes. Whip in cheese mixture and blend in the sour cream. Bake in casserole dish, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
