Sugar-Free Carrot Raisin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. sugar-free orange jello
    3/4 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    1/2 c. cold orange juice
    ice cubes
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
Preparation
    Completely dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Stir in raisins. Combine juice and enough ice cubes to measure 1 1/4 cups.
    Add to jello; stir until slightly thickened.
    Remove any unmelted ice. Stir in carrot.
    Spoon into individual dishes or small serving bowl.
    Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
