Crab Shelau - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 doz. crabs, cleaned
    9 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 lb. margarine
    4 green peppers, chopped
    water
    3 onions, chopped
    little minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    In a large pot, saute onions and peppers in margarine until tender. Add tomato paste and enough water until consistency of spaghetti sauce. Add garlic, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Add cleaned crabs. Cook slowly until done, stirring occasionally. Makes 10 to 15 servings.
