Three Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can French-style green beans
    1 lb. can cut yellow wax beans
    1 lb. can red kidney beans
    1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
    1 medium onion, sliced very thin
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. pepper (optional)
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Drain beans; rinse well and drain again; mix.
    Add green peppers and onions to beans; mix remaining ingredients and add to bean mixture.
    Mix well and let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
