Spiced Bacon Twists - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. packed light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. each ground cinnamon and nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 lb. sliced bacon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Oven rack needs to be placed in the middle. For easy clean up, use 2 pieces of aluminum foil to line the bottom of a large broiler pan and place broiler pan rack on top or you can use a large baking sheet with sides lined with foil also.
