Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chickpeas
    3 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
    2 cloves garlic
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat chickpeas; drain and blend in blender with chopped garlic. Add sesame seed oil.
    Blend.
    Add lemon juice and blend.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve with pita bread wedges.
