Stuffed Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1 c. diced, cooked carrots
    2 c. cubed bread
    4 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    3 Tbsp. cream
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Pound steak lightly on both sides.
    Spread one side with carrots mixed with bread, margarine, spices and cream.
    Roll up and tie with white cord or peg with skewers.
    Fit into baking pan and sprinkle with flour.
    Add water and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Baste several times with drippings.
    Uncover and bake 10 minutes to brown thoroughly.
